- What happens if my billing date falls on a weekend or holiday?
- You will be billed on the following business day, never before.
- If I buy a $10 monthly plan can I upgrade later to the $20 plan?
- Yes. You can upgrade at anytime, you would just need to sign for the 1yr term & we would need to issue a VIP card. Your membership term will start from the beginning of the new signed term causing a club maintenance fee on your third months withdrawl.
- If I purchased a 1-year min term plan, will it expire after the year is fulfilled?
- No. If you are on Pre Authorized payments and your 1 year or 2 year term has been fulfilled your membership continues on a month-to-month basis and you may cancel without having to pay an early termination fee.
- If you have paid your membership in full your membership will expire at the end of the term.
- Can a VIP member’s guest tan for free also?
- No, tanning and group training is only available for VIP members.
- What is a ‘NSF Fee’?
- Any time a payment is returned (check, credit card, automatic draft), a $25 fee is added to the account.
- Can I purchase a membership for someone else?
- Yes. A Fitness For $10 membership makes a great gift! Contact club personnel for more details.
- How do I cancel my dues membership?

- If you purchased a 1-year minimum term membership, you may cancel early by submitting a $50 cancellation fee along with your 30 day written notice
- If you purchased a 2-year minimum term membership, you may cancel early by submitting a $89 cancellation fee along with your 30 day written notice.
- Member is responsible for any back dues, admin fees, return item fees, and bank charges prior to cancellation. Once any minimum term has been met, your membership will continue on a monthly basis until the aforementioned cancellation request has been received. In the absence of such notice monthly dues and admin fee shall continue.
- If you are on an Basic/No minimum term membership you must submit a 30 day written request to your original home club

- Can I sign up if I do not have a credit card or bank account?
- Yes, you have 2 options.
- Purchase a 1-year paid in full membership
- Have a friend/family authorize us to use their billing info on your membership (signature and ID will be required)
- As a VIP member, how many guests/visitors can I bring to the club?
- You may bring a maximum of one guest/visitor to the club for free; photo ID required. All VIP guests are required to sign in at the front desk upon entry. Additional guests during the same visit must pay a $10.00 drop-in rate.
- What day of the month will my dues be drafted?
- You have the option of either choosing the 1st or the 15th of each month.
- *If the billing date lands on a weekend or holiday the draft will not be processed until the following business day, never before.
- When is my Club Maintenance Fee drafted?
- The $29 non-refundable Club Maintenance Fee will be billed 3 months from your join date, on the same day as your monthly dues, and for every subsequent year that you remain a member. This fee is billed in ADDITION to your monthly dues.
- What is the minimum age to work out at Fitness For $10?
- 14 years old, with a parent & 16 years old by him/her self (cosigner must be on file for both)
